At e-connect, we generate traffic, leads, and sales through marketing that combines creativity and performance. And to further boost our content team, we're looking for a Motion Designer/Content Creator who appreciates both aesthetics and effectiveness.
What you will do
You will be joining a close-knit, organized (Scrum/Kanban) and rather fun team.
- Create animated visuals: reels, stories, banners, video ads
- Produce short videos (motion design, face cam, dynamic editing)
- Designing static visuals: newsletters, posts, web content
- Participate in photo/video shoots at our clients' locations
- Collaborating with the marketing, development, traffic, and art director teams
- Experimenting with creative AI (Veo, Runway, Midjourney, Pika…)
Your skills
- Motion design & 2D animation (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut…)
- Graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
- Filming/editing geared towards short formats
- Good understanding of advertising formats (Meta, Google, TikTok…)
- A sense of storytelling and visual UX
- Curiosity about generative AI tools
The profile we are looking for
- 2 to 4 years of experience in visual creation (agency, studio, freelance)
- A solid portfolio: motion graphics, short videos, social media ad visuals
- Fast, demanding, attention to detail
- Comfortable working on multiple projects and in an agile environment
- Social media culture + “content hacking” spirit
Terms
- Permanent, full-time contract
- Based in Luxembourg, 5 minutes from the train station
- Salary based on experience
